The longest night of the year can be a time for reflection.

Artist Angie Pickson created a stop motion tribute to winter solstice.

Winter and holiday-times can be a struggle for some. Feeling isolated or disconnected is normal during this cold and dark period.

Without getting too much into toxic positivity, everyday gets a bit brighter from now until June.
