Dawson Women’s Shelter and Mental Wellness Substance Use Dawson are back with our popular HOT FLASH! perimenopause and menopause group.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 11th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. We’ll be joined by Public Health to talk about heart health and the changes and risks that present during this time of life. They’ll have a blood pressure cuff and glucometer with them!
