RAISE THE BAR

NOT BORING AT ALL! Even though the content was very heavy Crickett was able to maintain a light and fun environment and provided a very safe space for everyone to learn, question, and feel feelings.

Workshop Details

We've all had that feeling in the pit of our stomach: something sketchy is happening at work and we want to help but were unsure.

Learn skills to help guests have a better, safer night out using examples from bars and restaurants. We will practice recognizing and interrupting sketchy behaviour in a way that increases safety and decreases risk. The skills we learn at Raise the Bar are like first aid: we don't want to have to do CPR, but it's an essential skill to have. Our goal is to make things safer for everyone: staff and guests alike.
